Dr. Froswa’ Booker - Drew (moderator), A network weaver who believes relationships are the key to personal, professional, & organizational growth with more than 25 years of experience.
Dr. Arlean Wells (panelist), A devout follower of God focused on systemic change and identifying the Black female “self” outside of the gaze of opposition.
Byron Sanders (panelist), The President and CEO of Big Thought, an impact & youth-aligned organization that is closing the opportunity gap by equipping youth with skills to create.
Leonetta Elaiho (panelist), A servant leader focused on equity and sustainable impact for communities and the people who inhabit them.
The Reconciliation and Restoration Foundation was established in 2022 to support the growth of Black-led nonprofit organizations by brokering funding and capacity building services and working with organizations to ensure long-term sustainability and the promotion of social equity within the nonprofit sector focused in Texas, initially, with the goal of regional expansion to the Pacific Northwest, Deep South, and the East Coast.
