At the Reconciliation and Restoration Foundation, we are dedicated to addressing the significant funding disparities faced by Black-led nonprofits, which often lack the support needed for long-term sustainability despite their crucial role in their communities. Established in 2022 by experienced nonprofit leaders, our mission is to equitably invest in and provide holistic support to Black-led organizations, pairing financial resources with critical capacity-building and wellness services. Launching our first community-center hub in Dallas, Texas, in Fall 2022, we aim to foster sustainable, connected nonprofits that share best practices and positively impact their communities.
